Raw Food Lifestyle
Raw food really is a “lifestyle”, not just a diet plan. And in my (biased) opinion it’s a great lifestyle – one that makes you feel much healthier and in tune with your body and the environment around you.
I’m about 50% raw right now (in other words, half my meals are raw). Since starting, I’ve noticed it’s been much easier to keep my weight in check, and I have more energy.
